DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

(“TRIVO”)
and
Buyer
The individual or legal entity purchasing travel-related products or services through the TRIVO website or digital platforms (“Buyer”).
2. Purpose
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and purchase of travel-related services offered electronically through the TRIVO website, B2B platform, or other digital channels.
3. Scope of Services
Services available through TRIVO may include, but are not limited to:
- Hotel reservations
- Corporate travel services
- Transfers
- Tours and activities
- Travel packages
- Other travel-related services
Each reservation may also be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant travel supplier.
4. Booking Process
A reservation becomes valid only after:
- Completion of the booking process,
- Successful payment (where applicable),
- Confirmation by the relevant travel supplier.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate and complete.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the TRIVO platform are subject to availability and may change until the reservation is confirmed.
Payments shall be made using the payment methods supported by TRIVO.
TRIVO reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or technical pricing errors.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions vary depending on the travel service booked and the policies of the relevant supplier.
The Buyer acknowledges and accepts the applicable cancellation conditions before completing a reservation.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the supplier’s policies and the payment provider’s procedures.
7. Buyer Obligations
The Buyer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Review reservation details before confirmation.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect the terms of the relevant travel supplier.
8. Seller Obligations
TRIVO shall:
- Process reservations through its technology platform.
- Provide booking confirmations where applicable.
- Offer customer support for booking-related inquiries.
- Protect personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
9. Limitation of Liability
TRIVO operates as a travel technology platform connecting Buyers with independent travel service providers.
TRIVO shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, schedule changes, force majeure events, or service deficiencies caused by third-party suppliers.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of travel services, reservations may be exempt from statutory withdrawal rights where permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.
The cancellation conditions specified during the booking process and by the relevant supplier shall apply.
11. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the reservation process will be processed in accordance with the TRIVO Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of Antalya, Türkiye.
13. Acceptance
By completing a reservation through the TRIVO website or digital platforms, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
